Thank you for considering volunteering with us at iD.A.Y.dream (Interactive Developing Aspired Youth). As a volunteer-based organization, we’re always excited when extra hands join the team! More people mean more impact – more lives and communities changed.
Our team of volunteers serve both on the front lines working with ‘dreamers’ at events & through programmes, or behind the scenes with administrative work & serving on the board of directors. There are many ways you can make a difference.

i.D.A.Y.dream partners with local schools and the community to serve in 3 main areas:
The Success
Dreamers Academy
Our membership-based learning academy consists of a 3 phase youth leadership programme, as well as follow-up & support programmes.
Community
Service
i.D.A.Y.dream serves through various interventions based on the needs of the communities we operate in e.g. scholarships.
College & Career Readiness
We seek to empower youth with the relevant skills to ensure preparedness for college and early careers.
In each area, volunteers can help in 4 ways:
Programmes
Volunteers assist in developing and facilitating programmes as well as coordinating the elements of the programme to create a supportive and efficient journey for dreamers. Volunteers make sure dreamers have everything they need and are connected with the relevant resources, tools and people.
Workshops, events and other interventions
Volunteers help prepare, coordinate & communicate the workshops and events. They also assist in various roles on the day of the event and workshop serving the communities and creating a meaningful experience for attendees.
Mentorship
Mentorship serves as a supportive and practical mechanism in addition to programmes, events, workshops and other interventions. Volunteers serve as mentors of dreamers.
Administration
In addition to the above assignment-based volunteering opportunities, individual volunteers provide ongoing support to help facilitate programs and activities that enrich the lives of iD.A.Y.dream youth and young adults. You can fund current volunteer role vacancies and commitments here.

*Background Checks help us determine if we're a great fit for each other & ensure the safety of the youth we serve. These checks include a criminal record check and a character reference check. Please note that there is a $25 non-refundable administrative fee to cover the cost of the check.
